Inspiring Change

Making the first step towards change is often the hardest thing to do. I've been there, too. I get it! I struggled with my weight for years. As I turned 50, I started to accept that I was just going to be heavy, and medications for Blood Pressure and high cholesterol were just part of the package as I aged. What a depressing outlook!!! I started this program quite guarded, and SKEPTICAL! As a last ditch effort to move myself away from Metabolic Syndrome, I decided it was time to give 100% to improving my health. I was certain that I would fail, or gain it all back. But - I lost weight quickly, and in the first 6 weeks, lowered my Triglycerides by HALF.  l am more than 2 years into maintaining my new lifestyle and a healthy BMI, and I've created a whole new relationship with food. 
You can do this too!! Once you've made that commitment to yourself, I'll be here to help guide you through the process. You'll learn a new way of fueling your body, and create new habits, while letting go of old habits that no longer serve you. One Healthy Habit at a time...so let's begin...
